COMPASS Mentoring Program

New COMPASS Mentoring Program

The COMPASS Mentoring Program has been set up as a joint endeavor by seven Helmholtz Centers in the Research Field ‘Earth and Environment’, one of them KIT. It is targeted to postdocs and science managers (e.g. project coordinators, research unit managers) in the research field "Earth and Environment".

As mentees of the COMPASS Mentoring program you will be supported in your active and goal-oriented personal career development and professional networking, within and outside academia, in order to take informed and strategic decisions with regard to your future career pathways. The 18-month program consists of 4 workshops, meetings between mentees and mentors, and peer networking.

COMPASS is open to a maximum of 24 mentees from 7 Helmholtz Centers, two places are available for postdocs and science managers from KIT.

The first application phase is open from September 19 to October 31, 2022, and the first mentee cohort will start in January 2023. For more information see the KIT ATMOchange website.
